We opened our doors in October of 2018, and since then have grown into a thriving, community-focused agency with two locations. I currently lead a dedicated team of five, and one of our core values is fostering a family-oriented, supportive environment. I am a proud 2004 graduate of Troy University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance, and competed as a member of the Troy Trojans football team for five years. Raised in Enterprise since the age of one, I truly am your local State Farm Agent.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lee Milliner - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
